Q	I am interested in taking your course, but I am not sure which level I belong to. I have studied some Japanese before.
A	You will need to do a level check with us to determine which level is suitable for you. Please call us at (03) 5563-2537 to schedule an appointment.
Q	I am currently living in another country and I plan on studying in Japan soon. Can you help me with a student visa and accomodation?
A	We are only a part time course offered to those already residing in Tokyo, Japan. Unfortunately we are unable to assist on visas or accomodations. We can help you once you are in Tokyo, Japan.
Q	I am currently a student at your school. I want to continue with the next level. Do I have to pay another entrance fee?
A	No, the entrance fee is a one-time only fee applicable to those enrolling for the first time.
Q	When and how do I make payments to your school?
A	Tuition fee, material fee and entrance fee should be paid prior to the first day of lessons. All payments should be made in cash at our office.
Q	Do you offer evening courses, intensive courses or private lessons?
A	No, we only offer part-time day lessons. Please see our Course Information for times and dates.
Q	Does your course teach kanji?
A	Yes, starting at Level Two you will start learning some basic kanji.
Q	We would like to become an agent to send students to your school from our country. Are you interested?
A	Sorry, we are not interested. We are primarily a part time course offered to residents already residing in Tokyo, Japan.
Q	I would like to contact you by phone, what are your office hours?
A	Our office hours are from 10:00 to 16:30 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. We are closed on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays. Our number in Tokyo is (03) 5563-2537
